Popularly asked questions

Legally, you need to have a consultation with a doctor before you can receive prescription medication. That said, you can get a prescription without going into the doctors office by seeing a doctor online.

Our virtual urgent care offers the same quality of patient care that you would expect from an in-person urgent care center, all from the comfort of your own home. We also offer in-person clinic visit.

Urgent care clinics cannot treat all conditions or medical needs. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms or injuries, you should seek immediate medical attention and go to a hospital emergency room instead:

  • Anaphylactic reaction (throat closing)

  • Severely broken bone

  • Chest pain

  • Breathing trouble

  • Bleeding that won’t stop

  • Serious illnesses and injuries

  • Unconsciousness

  • Severe vomiting, dizziness, or headache

  • Any life-threatening emergency

  • Conditions that may require hospitalization
